Donald Umunna is the Founder & Chairman of Young Professionals Mentoring Initiative of Nigeria (YoPMIN). He has worked in different organizations both in Nigeria and Germany, and has a passion in mentoring and motivating younger Africans to become successful in their chosen career endeavour, which is one of the main motivations in setting up YoPMIN. His areas of expertise include Project Management, Energy management, Business Development & Strategic thinking. He holds a master degree in Energy Systems from the Aachen University of Applied Sciences in Germany and a bachelor degree in Power Systems Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri in Nigeria. He was the Technical Assistant to the Director General of the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) – an Agency under the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing.

He is currently a Consultant to NAPTIN and also the MD/CEO of Savidon Energy Services limited (SESL) – an Energy Management Services Company (www.savidonenergy.com).
